10/29/2019 – Weather Outlook – Cloudy today and tomorrow. Rain is likely for Halloween with almost warm temps.. could even see some severe (see SPC has outlined us for Marginal Risk for Severe Thursday!) with breezy conditions. A much cooler weekend as we drop a bit below normal. Please consider packing some shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child! Orphans could use some love from you this Christmas! https://loudounweather.com/OCC for details!
10/28/2019 – Nice day – Mild Week! Halloween looks warm and wet! A very cool weekend ahead including the first freeze possible, especially Sunday Night! Longest weekend of the year as well as we set clocks back Sunday Morning.
Beautiful Afternoon! Highs in the mid-70s! Mild week! Unfortunately, Halloween looks warm and wet. Next weekend starts a cooler stretch! I have 35 for a low next Saturday Night.. that may be colder and we may get our first real freeze.. if not Saturday then very possible Sunday night!
10/24/2019 – Weekly Weather Outlook – Cool start today, but a super delightful day with highs in the upper 60s. Nice tomorrow. Rain chances return Saturday afternoon 🙁 – More likely Saturday Night and Sunday. Getting nice again on Monday. An early (eerie) look at Halloween – Could be wet and chilly… 🙁 – BTW, that long-range speculation on really cold exists, but when the cold actually arrives has been delayed a bit. Most of the country, east of the Rockies, is about to plunge into a cold spell! That cold eventually reaches us, but we get it after it has modified some.. we will see
10/21/2019 – Slowly Clearing today and nice. Rain tomorrow. I will wait to see how the weekend pans out. Early the following week (around the 28th) may bring some heavy rains! Yesterday we definitely had more rain than I thought we would. More happened east (nearly 1 inch!) than west! We still need the rain, but, we likely have dropped out of the Severe Drought Mode! #loudoun #Loudouncountyva #vawx
